Make a Referral
If you are working with someone who is experiencing domestic abuse, you can make a referral to our specialist support services.
We work with adults, children and young people across Medway, North Kent and East Kent. Please use the appropriate referral form below, complete it in full, and follow the submission instructions for your area. If you’re unsure which form to use or have a question before submitting, email us and we’ll help you.

How to submit your referral
All referral forms must be submitted securely. Please follow the instructions for your area. If you’re unsure which area applies to the person you’re referring, get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Medway
Email the completed form securely to [medway@oasisdaservice.org], or send it password protected to [referrals@oasisdaservice.org] with the password emailed separately to [password@oasisdaservice.org].
East Kent
Email the completed form securely to [eastkent@oasisdaservice.org], or send it password protected to [referrals.ek@oasisdaservice.org] with the password emailed separately to [password.ek@oasisdaservice.org].
Safe accommodation
Need to find refuge for someone?
If the person you’re working with needs immediate safe accommodation, please contact the 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Freephone Helpline on 0808 2000 247 to locate a refuge space. They operate a national bed-finding service and can help identify the right placement.

We offer domestic abuse awareness training for professionals and organisations across Kent and Medway – including bespoke sessions, consultation, and a free library of webinars developed with partners across the region.
