Reflective Group Supervisor
Oasis requires a qualified therapist to provide sessions where staff can safely reflect on their experiences in client work.
Reflective practice is about a group, individual or team taking the time to think about their client work including what is going well, what is difficult, and the impact that the work with their clients has on them.
It offers a confidential environment to understand better the complexities and vulnerabilities facing our clients, and the transactional and emotional implications for staff.
