There are lots of helplines that you can ring for advice and support, some offer advice on specific situations like forced marriage or stalking.  

The National Domestic Violence Freephone Helpline is 0808 2000 247 and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Translation facilities for callers whose first language is not English, and a service for callers who are deaf or hard of hearing are available.
