Young Person's Mentoring
Oasis Early Intervention and prevention service has a highly experienced
team of specialist domestic abuse outreach workers who work with male and female young people between the ages of 10 and 25. We work on issues surrounding domestic abuse, either in the young persons home life or in their own relationships. Sessions can take place in school or out in the community.

Time to TAlk
Time To Talk is a series of programmes which enable stronger communication in families. The programmes are grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a
model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships.
It provides ways of looking at ourselves and our relationships, as a way of understanding the ways we communicate, how we have repeated patterns
in our communications and how this affects those with whom we communicate.
This is appropriate for families who are experiencing higher levels of conflict with primary or secondary school aged children.
Project Synergy works with parents or carers and their children to help tackle Adolescent to Parent Violence. This violence is defined as young people being abusive to their parents or primary carers. The behaviour can include physical, emotional and financial abuse, as well as threats, damage to property and controlling and coercive behaviour.
This is a 12 week course where both the parent and child is allocated their own worker. We'll work together for some sessions and apart for others.
Just So You Know
Just so you know is a workshop run in schools by the Early Intervention and Prevention Team. The workshops are interactive, focussing on exploring issues around consent, understanding the dangers and dynamics of grooming
and the importance of assertiveness.
